Every blade has under gone rigorous testing for speed, durability and life.

Diamond blades that are used for both dry and wet applications are manufactured 3 ways. The cheapest is called cold pressing, Cold Pressing is done for extremely economical low end blades. Mostly DIY products.

The most popular application is known as hot pressing. Also know as sintering. The 3rd welding process is called laser welding

All of our Premium and Supreme lines of blades are laser welded. The Value Series are all heavy duty and premium grade blades and use both sintered hot pressing and laser welding.

What is Sintered? Sintered is the original form of welding segments to the core before the advent of the laser welding machine.
Hot pressing/sintering is a safe and proven formula for welding segments, and over time has proven to be a much more affordable way to manufacture a diamond blade than laser welding.

Laser welding is the most expensive type of welding.

All of our value blades have been tested to withstand all types of speed, stress, materials. They have all been tested at a variety of speeds and RPM'S to assure you that the blades you purchase are safe and reliable.
